Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom or made-to-order items may require 7–21 business days for production. You will be notified with an estimated completion timeline after your order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use secure, insured shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Domestic (U.S.) shipping typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
International shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other external factors beyond our control.
Signature Requirement
All orders require a direct signature upon delivery. Packages will not be left unattended.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer complimentary shipping promotions at our discretion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Insurance & Liability
All shipments are fully insured during transit.
Once a package is marked as delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Delays
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
International Shipping & Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.
These charges are not controlled by us and are not included in the purchase price.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
